A truly delicious and wonderful decaf from a Colombia Coffee Collective. This coffee is full of bright complex flavor. We found the cup starts out with a distinct rhubarb astringency that mellows into a blackberry/bran muffin maltiness. The cup becomes more piquant as it cools. Definitely an enjoyable afternoon cuppa.
